Alexander Tsikouras joins CIGP Group as Chief Administrative and Strategy Officer

CIGP welcomes Alexander Tsikouras as Chief Administrative and Strategy Officer and a member of the CIGP Hong Kong’s Executive Committee.

Within this role, Alexander oversees daily operations, transformation initiatives, governance processes, drives strategic planning, and supports the Group’s internal and external growth initiatives. 

Prior to joining CIGP, Alexander served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer (Asia) at VP Bank in Singapore, where he was a member of the Asia Management Committee overseeing Operations, IT, and Finance across Singapore and Hong Kong. Earlier, he held the role of Chief of Staff (Asia) at Pictet & Cie (Europe) S.A. in Hong Kong, where he advised the Asia Region’s CEO and coordinated strategic, operational, and management initiatives across Asia. He was instrumental in business management, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. 

Previously, Alexander also held several senior roles at Lloyds Bank PLC Private Banking, including Wealth Transformation Director in London, where he led the bank’s transformational agenda, and Head of Customer Management in Geneva, managing multi-location teams and customer acquisition strategies. Prior to the above, in his capacity of Head of Affluent Segment of Lloyds Bank PLC, he led bankers across seven jurisdictions and was recognised as Outstanding Young Private Banker at the Private Banker International Global Wealth Awards. 

 His earlier career includes roles at Deutsche Bank Switzerland, where he managed sales and business development across the MENA Region, and previously at Ernst & Young / Arthur Andersen, where he specialised in financial statement preparation and process reviews for asset management companies and financial institutions. 

Alexander holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Piraeus and an MSc from the London School of Economics and is fluent in English, French and Greek and proficient in German.
